Brandon Koh Muay Thai offers several classes for all ages and experience levels. We welcome all who are interested in learning more about the art of fighting Muay Thai as well as those looking for a great workout or a means of effective self-defense.
Muay Thai is excellent for young students as the traditions of the sport focus on respect—for oneself, their opponent, trainer, and all others—and commitment to all things they take part in.

We offer a variety of training sessions and time frames for the following classes:
All Levels Muay Thai
Open to all age and skill levels, this class reviews the foundations of traditional Muay Thai techniques. Students, or Nak Mauys, will review techniques and perform fundamental drills including strikes, elbows, knee strikes, and kicks as well as defensive blocks and proper footwork. Each class consists of extensive cardio and conditioning, so Nak Muay should be prepared to put forth their best efforts.
Kids Muay Thai
Kids’ classes are open to children age 4 through 12. Each class begins with a warmup exercise and stretching and is followed by an instruction and demonstration of a Muay Thai technique. Nak Muays are then presented an opportunity to practice to technique with the instructor providing individual corrections and encouragement.
Open to children age 4 through 12, this class is designed to reinforce skills learned in the Kids Muay Thai class but with the added cardio and conditioning exercises. It is a fun, yet structured, class to get kids excited about staying healthy and implementing their Muay Thai skills.
Muay Thai Fitness/Thai Boxing Fit
The Thai Boxing Fit class takes the techniques and combinations learned in All Levels Muay Thai and specifically applies them to an intense cardio fitness routine. This class is designed to help you build muscular endurance and strength.
Not your average boxing class—Dirty Boxing takes on a Muay Thai twist on western boxing techniques. Each class encompasses the use of both hand and elbows to complete striking strategies and blocks. Techniques are demonstrated and practiced through various drills, making Dirty Boxing and an hour-long intensive muscle memory training and speed-strength conditioning class.
Level 1 (One) Classes
All classes on the schedule labeled “Level 1” or “Level One” are closed to all Nak Mauys without a Level 1 Certification. Each class focuses on intensive technique training and sparring, whether to enhance a Level 1’s strength, speed, and focus or to prepare for an upcoming competitive fight.
Thai Boxing Tough
Thai Boxing Tough is an intense workout training session that focuses on perfecting the Muay Thai boxing stance and hand strike combinations and blocking techniques. Participants may be instructed to hit the bags or pair up and run drills with other Nak Muays.
A light sparring class focusing on the boxing and clinching techniques of traditional Muay Thai lessons. This is an All Levels 30-minute sparring class.
Many of our students are well-practiced in multiple Martial Arts. As a way to integrate the skills learned from other forms of Martial Arts, our wrestling training class covers basic ground submission techniques. This is also an excellent class to take part in for any Nak Muay interested in learning other forms of Martial Arts and to become familiar with the basics of submission fighting.
Striking For MMA
Muay Thai teaches a variety of strike combinations that utilize both hands and elbows. This class helps Nak Muays transition their Muay Thai boxing training into an MMA arena. Excellent for those taking part in other forms of Martials Arts and/or MMA training or those interested in cross training.
Open mat times at Koh Muay Thai are non-structured training days. Stop in and work on a particular skill, technique, combination, strength training, or speed training. Open mat training is open to all levels and members of Koh Muay Thai gym.
