Koh Muay Thai was founded in 2015 was founded by Head Trainer Ronnie Biere. Both he and Trainer Danielle McAllister lead the classes with the aid of their Junior Instructor, Jay.

Koh Muay Thai strives to continue Thai traditions in each of their classes, emphasizing respect and devotion to both the sport and each other. Each student (Nak Muays) of Muay Thai become a part of the Koh Muay Thai family when they join and are given each trainer’s full respect, commitment, and devotion—and expect it in return.
About Muay Thai
Conditioning for Muay Thai is one of the most difficult for athletes, even though the conditioning mostly consists of performing strike and blocking drills, defensive and offensive footwork, running, jump rope, body weight resistance exercises, and pad holding. An average Muay Thai workout burns 900-1200 calories!
